Resin Flooring is the flooring of choice for the Aerospace Industry. There are specific needs and many things to consider when installing flooring in sensitive state of the art aerospace manufacturing or service facilities. Page will offer the perfect Epoxy Resin solution of flooring

Functional safety is crucial in the aerospace industry, you can trust us to specify the perfect solution of Resin Flooring to meet your needs. We understand the complexities, the demands of the environment we are working in and the need for no compromise when it comes to Aerospace flooring.

Aircraft hangars are built to protect state-of the art aviation vehicles, a key reason why we will install industrial Resin coatings that offer the necessary chemical resistance, impact protection, wear and fire resistance requirements for both small and large scale hangar facilities

We have been installing a wide range of aerospace Epoxy Resin floor finishes for the last 30 years, these floors help aerospace organisations conform to strict Health and Safety regulations. Chemical resistant hard wearing and anti-slip features are just some of the things to consider when choosing the right flooring. We will guide you through the process of specification, making sure the right floor is installed by qualified, industry trained, long serving flooring operatives. We use our own preparation equipment all of which is vacuum assisted to ensure a first class service.

Project - Heathrow Hangar 5,000 M2

Heathrow Airport needed a new Resin floor in a large hangar. The floor needed to withstand the corrosive nature of aviation fuel, be resilient to impact damage and withstand high volumes of traffic not to mention airplanes being brought into the hangar for service.

We specified and installed a system that started with an oil tolerant primer, followed by a chemical resistant high build epoxy coating. Coloured walkways were introduced in the scheme to aid traffic and pedestrian management.

  • Oil tolerant primer to reduce future contamination.
  • Hard wearing Epoxy Resin, light Grey in colour ensuring spills were visible.
  • Smooth gloss finish for aesthetic look.
  • High Build Resin for high traffic and fork trucks.
  • Coloured walkways for traffic management
